Every year, the months leading up to Christmas are a busy time with new challenges, as the end-of-year festivities approach. Finding the perfect venue and ensuring a festive atmosphere is a key part of the planning process, which we always tailor to the client's needs.

The perfect venue

In December last year, we were asked to organise a Christmas banquet for 400 people. We were looking for a hotel in Budapest and were surprised to find that there were hardly any dates available in the prime locations in May. Luckily for us, a Saturday in December was still available at the five-star Marriott hotel, so we snapped it up. And we didn't regret our choice of date, the drop-out rate was extremely low.

To ensure a special, yet festive atmosphere

Christmas banquets are usually all about unwinding at the end of the year, celebrating achievements and handing out awards. But it's worth pausing for a moment and injecting some festive spirit into the event. This time, we played with the blue colour to match the company's image and created the decorations under the name "Blue Christmas".

The blue decorations, reminiscent of a winter wonderland, covered the event hall, the corridors and even the entrance. We added a Christmas tree and snowflakes to add to the festive magic.

The hotel was our partner in all of this. The dessert counter offered a selection of blue cakes for guests to sample.

All in all, a high quality panoramic venue, a bit of Christmas magic and an atmospheric DJ all came together to give our revellers an unforgettable experience.
