For our spring party event for 900 people, we implemented a rare Easter concept that combined tradition with modern party-style decor elements.

The challenge was that the venue was a standing ship, which with its painted iron walls and interior design, gave a rather urbane feel at first glance. Our task was to transpose the Easter atmosphere and the spring magic of awakening nature into this environment.

A real spring atmosphere in a sustainable way

At the entrance, we covered the entire terrace with artificial grass, where guests arrived through a living flower gate. The living plant decoration continued throughout the interior walkways. We ran an ivy wall along the stairs. In front of a giant paper flower photo wall in the restaurant, attendees were able to create a keepsake. For each decorative element, we paid special attention to the sustainability of the event, working with live flowers and reusable light strings and lanterns.

The power of light

The party venues and the outdoor lounge terrace were lit with colourful LED furniture, while the walls of the ship were illuminated inside and out with LED slimline lights. The decoration was crowned by a giant moving logo projected onto the quayside of the ship.

The end result was very spectacular and according to our partner's feedback, made this special employee event memorable for everyone.
