Building relationships with partners, exhibition of industrial monsters:

Atlas Copco customer day and 50th anniversary

Atlas Copco, a manufacturer of innovative industrial machinery and equipment, was founded in Sweden in 1873. The company was established in Hungary in 1968, so the celebration of its 50th anniversary could not be missed. The Hungarian subsidiary took the opportunity to showcase its latest developments to existing and potential partners in order to build relationships.

An exhibition of unusual objects from the company's history

The logistics and indoor installation of large industrial machinery initially caused some problems. Eventually, we hired a forklift truck, which allowed us to easily move compressors and aggregators weighing hundreds of kilos. These exhibits - and the 150-person event itself - required a huge amount of space. The 8,200m2 Fusion was perfectly suited to our needs (unfortunately, the space will be closed for good in the summer of 2020). Guests were able to view the non-movable equipment, products and engineering solutions through a virtual viewer.

Technical background in a nutshell

With an exhibition of this scale, it's always a lot of work, especially when it's accompanied by exceptional lighting and sound. It wasn't just a matter of creating installations, diplays and designing a unique 50th anniversary logo. Hiring professional sound equipment was also important to Atlas Copco. For the exhibition, we edited a custom sound design and projected a whole wall (3.5 x 6 m) with the company's video content. Complete stage technology, green box and event photographer - our company took care of everything for a spectacular and impressive end result! And then there was the catering: buffet catering, birthday cake with logo, which we also had made in all kinds of variations according to the guests' needs.

Other services provided by our company for the networking event:

Invitation, IT development of the registration area, hostesses, special decorative lamps and lights, digitisation of archive files for the exhibition, entertainment elements during the gala dinner (billiards, bowling, live film quiz).

The networking proved to be a success, with a huge interest in Atlas Copco's new developments. We hope that the 75th anniversary will be held in such a great atmosphere and that we will have the opportunity to take on the organizational tasks again.
