Team building programmes usually focus on working, thinking and creating together. In large companies, it is important for participants to get to know each other. For smaller companies, it is important to start working as a team. This in itself is a serious goal, but it can be taken to an even higher level if you also want to do good.

A common goal

We were asked by one of our partners to organise a charity team-building programme and we got to work straight away! In addition to the team-building aspect of the programme, the aim was to make the lives and everyday lives of disadvantaged children better - happier.

Outdoor work and a joint barbecue

On a warm June day, the team of 25 finally visited a children's home, where they arrived with many gifts and even more helping hands. They mainly helped with outdoor work in the good weather:

  • weeding the small garden,
  • pruning vines,
  • planting strawberry and tomato seedlings,
  • and built a super sandpit for the children's enjoyment.

All this was followed by a cookout, during which the team got to know the institution and the children living there.

We closed this special team-building programme with a pleasant feeling of being of help.
