ASI Summer University - Conference and corporate team building

Once a year, the staff of the Assessment Systems International HR consulting group has the opportunity to meet face-to-face. The team building event, called Summer University, takes place in a different country each year. The event in Siofok in 2018 was such a success that the group chose Hungary again the following year, and to our great delight, we, the Event Group's event management team, were chosen.

Training and conference: lifelong learning at ASI

Guests from 7 different countries were met by an airport shuttle. The Balaton Hotel in Siofok provided an elegant venue for the corporate event for 50 people. The company's middle and senior managers were able to prepare for the coming business year in a fantastic environment. ASI is committed to lifelong learning, so the useful training courses, training sessions, knowledge and experience acquisition were not missed this time either.

Fun company team building: fun for all!

In addition to the training sessions, the 4-day event also included a bit of fun: the live action team-building thriller games with professional actors were enjoyed by all. The team building continued with a new, crazy, injury-free extreme sport, archery, which combines classic archery with paintball in an exciting new way.

In 2019, we took our colleagues to the Mátra Mountains, and an improvisational gastro theatre ensured a great atmosphere.

A challenge? We are not afraid!

We knew in advance that this event would be a multifaceted and complex task. From organising the training to booking accommodation and rooms, there was a lot to do:

• organising the dinner and team-building games (+ wristbands, promotional company gifts),
• taking care of all the technical support,
• The coordination of the reception in Budapest and the transfer to Lake Balaton of guests from different countries and with different vehicles was an exciting challenge,
• Providing continuous English-speaking assistance, at the same time, in several locations.

The Summer University allowed participants to learn and have fun at the same time, while getting to know themselves and each other better. "Strength in unity!" - it could have been
