Creative team building and event decoration with a pirate theme

Atlas Copco, a manufacturer and servicer of industrial machinery, tools and equipment, asked Event Group to organise an event for 100 people. They trusted us 100%, so apart from a few minor details, we were given almost complete freedom, including the choice of themed event decorations. We loved working with them, we really fell in love with this project!

An exciting, creative concept

The Jade Beach in Dunavarsány is a magical waterfront location, and the concept for the event was immediately clear... The pirate theme was an excellent choice, creating a relaxed atmosphere for the guests. Our company was also responsible for the coherent and coordinated event decoration of the existing and built venues. Sporty, fun, extreme - these are the words that best describe Atlas Copco's programme.

Snake swim, volleyball, darts and dragon boat competition

The company's employees were never bored! The lovers of exotic animals and adrenaline were able to take a real giant snake around their necks, which - to our surprise - was taken up by many colleagues. The flashmob-like game got everyone moving, as did the volleyball. The costumed actors were great at playing the "pirate" character, and the multi-stage team-building with show elements was really unusual.

Evening relaxation with live music

The dinner, held in a 400^m2 tent, was held in a great atmosphere, accompanied by live music. The sumptuous buffet dinner was followed by a crazy band party until dawn.

Instead of a stuffy, "must-attend" company event, we managed to create a creative programme where younger and older, female and male colleagues alike had a great time. And the more daring ones even dressed up in a themed costume!
