Conference in a picturesque environment

This year we had the honour to organize the two-day conference of our returning partner Henkel Hungary Ltd. The first challenge was to find the perfect conference venue, as we needed to find a location where participants could travel to from anywhere in the country. The event was hosted at the four-star Vital Hotel Nautis, located on the shores of Lake Venice. So the setting and the scenery itself, but also the varied and entertaining programme of activities, took the participants out of their grey weekdays.

We will rock you!

The client's request was clear: the theme of the conference had to be Rock & Roll. We used all the visual elements to make it happen and to convey the feeling of life:

• the stage was lit with blue smoke to welcome the guests,
• red lights flashed on the robotic lanterns
• and performers marched in to cool music.

We also kept the decor in line with the theme, with mini guitars on the tables, inflatable instruments and musical notes in the evening party area, and a balloon gate decorated to match the theme, letting staff know they were not at a normal conference. The only things missing were leather jackets, studded accessories and boots, which were enthusiastically replaced by the participants in accordance with the dress code.
