Event management in English too!

The summer of 2023 was another challenging one, as one of our returning partners asked us to organise two of their summer team building events. The company is a multinational professional services company specialising in IT services and consultancy. We were asked to design a programme and venue for the employees of the two Hungarian offices, suitable for entertaining 250 people. Due to the international nature of the company, the extra task was to present these programmes, venues and their full offer in English. We showed that we are able to prepare and organise an event in English as well as in Hungarian without any difficulties.

For a relaxed venue, relaxed programmes

We needed a venue for this event that was relaxed, youthful, but also of high quality and capable of hosting up to 250 people. SHO Beach met all our criteria, and the exclusive setting, direct beach access and grassy areas offered even more possibilities. All we had to do was to find informal activities to match this great location, which would be enjoyed by the company's employees. We focused on sports games, taking advantage of the site's sports fields and special games such as teqpong and teqball.

The games were smoothly run by our professional animators and the tablet registration was facilitated by our beautiful hostesses at the beginning of the event.

Even the rain can't spoil a good summer event!

What's a blessing and a curse of an outdoor event is the abundance of uncovered grass. Unfortunately, we managed to catch the one day in June where we woke up to rain. For unexpected situations, quick solutions were needed, which fortunately is one of our strengths. We moved the event to the nearby SHO Buda restaurant. Huge umbrellas were placed on the venue's terrace, which allowed guests not to get soaked during registration and the programs.

Fortunately, the rain had stopped by the start of the event, so guests were able to enjoy not only the restaurant and terrace, but also the beach and grass pitches below.
