Coordinated cooperation between staff helps ensure that tasks are completed quickly and accurately, and that they support each other when problems arise. Being helpful also plays an important role in bringing new, less experienced staff into the process and helping them learn the skills and routines they need. In addition, dealing with unexpected situations is part of the wardrobe management process, where flexibility and teamwork are also of paramount importance.
